In a little more than a year, restaurateur Mozy Jahanguiri has completely renovated Rancho Santa Fe Bistro. Formerly The Pantry, Jahanguiri changed the village eatery’s name, menu and dining area after purchasing the restaurant in January 2013. He recently finished upgrades to the patio, the latest phase of the renovation.

For 33 years the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary has organized a food and blanket drive for Rosarito Beach. The Rancho Santa Fe’s Rotary Club will be starting out the New Year with their annual trip to Rosarito Beach, Mexico on Jan. 11. Rotarians distribute food and blankets to long lines of people in need.
Squeals and screams filled Colina Park Golf Course on Dec. 14, as members of Pro Kids: The First Tee of San Diego participated in the fifth annual Snow Day. The event allowed 100 elementary school members to spend the day in the snow. This event was made possible by the generosity of The Bradley Foundation and Rancho Santa Fe residents Phil and Jenny Ward.
The Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) invites the community to take part in the Holiday House charity drive on Friday, Dec. 6, from 5-8 p.m., benefitting San Diego children, military families, animals and senior citizens. For the annual Holiday House celebration, SDAR members fill a house with new toys, gifts, household items and non-perishable food items to be donated to local charities. Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® charity drive delivered $20,000 in donations and gifts to San Diego charity partners last year.
